Landmark will enter into a joint venture with the land owner to develop the property. Landmark will pay for all the costs of the development process, and then share the profits with the land owner when Landmark and the owner sell the property. Landmark offers the capability to provide these services 'in-house' to evaluate projects more effectively. This provides the resource to a land owner to maximize the property value without the risky investment. This program works well for land owners who have the resources and the desire to wait through approval processes to obtain a higher return. This also allows us to work with the local communities to deliver the highest and best use.
