Landmark has developed a program that allows us to think and work “outside the box”. There are many projects that don't fit in our normal joint venture development program and the consulting/project management program allows us to go outside this box.

In many cases, landowners need guidance to launch or to complete a project that they have started. Landmark will work with these clients on a fee-for-service basis.

This program allows Landmark to work with the owner from the raw land: (stage one); through the approval's: (stage two); through the build out of the infrastructure: (stage three); and through the construction phase: (stage four).

Landmark will create a custom package for each project which may include:
• Feasibility study.
• Market analysis.
• Determine the value of the project.
• Determine the marketability of a project to the builder market.
• Determine the construction cost of roads, houses and etc.
• Conceptual designs to help determine the feasibility of a project.
• Determine a target market and price points that the project needs to meet.
• Guidance and representation through the approval process such as project planning, planning boards, zoning boards, DES permits, Attorney General approvals and etc.
• Project Management for the build out infrastructure.
• Project Management for the build out of the units.
